Prepare to craft artisan pasta and cook risotto like a pro by the end of your four-day cooking retreat whilst also learning how sustainable food and drink production works in harmony with the local environment. Set against the backdrop of lush olive groves under the Tuscan sun, your intimate fresh pasta-making lessons and risotto cooking classes led by experienced, artisanal chef, Oli, are interspersed with trips to producers for a holistic, gastronomic experience that will immerse you in Italian culture. Wake up in authentic Terracotta apartments with a view over the glistening pool and the verdant countryside of Roccatederighi, before learning all there is to know about pasta making from the masters.
