Overview
Join us for a two hour workshop in an atmospheric Bethnal Green sign painting shop to learn all about making beautiful handmade pasta shapes. We will make 3 pasta shapes together after mastering the perfect pasta dough, there will also be plenty of organic Tuscan wine, plus delicious Italian antipasti snacks. Oli, a trained pasta maker and chef will walk you through crafting your own pasta - cut and filled shapes like farfalle, tagliatelle and ravioli, which we will then box up for you to take home with you.
